Perfect in Ten Abs

Misleadingly titled, Perfect in Ten Abs actually has four 10-minute workouts: Stretching, Lower Body, Upper Body, and finally, Abs.  Tanna Valentine is in a dance studio -- a large white room with wooden floors.  She uses a yoga mat and wears dark workout clothing and shoes.  She speaks as she demonstrates the different movements, guiding the viewer with each repetition.  There is energetic electronic music in the background on the soundtrack.  In the upper body workout section, she uses some hand-weights.  Her instructions are clear most of the time, and she gives hints about how to do the exercises well.  They are not too challenging, and it is possible to modify them according to one's own level of strength.  There are two vertical indicators on the screen showing how far she has gone through the repetitions of each particular exercise and how far through the 10-minute section.  These are useful when you want to know how to pace yourself.  This is a nice 40 minute workout that helps tone the whole body and will aid overall fitness.  The production is pretty basic, but is of acceptable quality.
