Originally released in 2003, this is the second half of a yoga video by Sybel Boss-Ayme. It would have been much better to have both halves on one DVD, and would still be less than an hour long. This follows on directly from the first half, which was mainly a set of standing poses and stretches. This part is done mainly on the floor, in seated and lying down poses. She leads the viewer through twists, stretches of the legs, camel pose, hero's pose, plough pose, lotus pose, and some crunches. She ends the practice with a relaxation period and a guided meditation. As before, the production quality is basic but fine, and Sybel uses some nice postures that are a little unusual, which makes the practice more interesting. There are better DVDs available, but this one, in conjunction with the first, has a good practice.
